Helpline Survey Home

The Ministry of Justice is conducting a survey of all helplines that receive government funding.  This is a first step in exploring the scope for greater co-ordination and integration as between helplines which Sir David Varney recommended the Government should look into in his report on Service Transformation (a copy of which can be found in the library section).  It is hoped that all helplines which receive Government funding will take part in this simple, user friendly, survey.

The Ministry of Justice is leading on this work across the public sector because through their ongoing work on social inclusion and civil and family legal aid, they have highlighted the need to get the best possible advice to vulnerable people at the earliest possible opportunity. Research highlighting this need is available in the library.
